About the FD-40
The FD-40 proves that a floating house does not need to be large to feel generous. Behind a fully glazed front, 40 m² of living space open directly onto a 20 m² terrace, so the lake becomes part of the room from the first coffee in the morning to the last light of the evening.
As standard, the FD-40 has a separate bedroom and a bathroom beside an open living and dining area with a compact kitchen. Prefer one open space? The open-studio layout is available at no extra cost. Built on a hot-dip galvanised steel pontoon with closed-cell floats, the FD-40 is light, quick to deliver and easy to install on most calm, sheltered waters.
It is an ideal first step onto the water: a weekend retreat, a guest house beside your home or a rental unit that is simple to run and pleasant to maintain.
