About the FD-120
Our flagship brings the proportions of a villa to the water. On two levels, the FD-120 combines a generous open-plan ground floor, two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a private master suite on the upper floor.
The master bedroom opens onto a roof terrace of almost 45 m² with a glass balustrade — a private viewing deck above the water, in addition to the 28 m² main terrace. Choose the wellness layout to replace one bedroom with a sauna and relaxation room.
A reinforced-concrete hull, cross-laminated timber walls and wood-aluminium glazing give the FD-120 the substance and quiet comfort you expect from a permanent residence.
