Overview
About the Nordic house
The Nordic house is a long, narrow house on a single storey: a steep gable roof in dark standing-seam metal, anthracite facade panels combined with horizontal timber cladding, and large black-framed glass sliding doors along the long side. At one gable end the roof continues over an open, covered porch with a timber-lined gable — the porch decking is available as an extra (terrace deck).
Every room is on one level. It comes in four sizes — from the compact 40 m² house for one or two people to the 100 m² family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sizes are the living area of the enclosed rooms; the covered porch is not counted.
Like all our houses, the Nordic house is built in timber-frame construction, CE-certified and delivered turnkey. Transport and assembly are free of charge, and you can pay 40 % up front and the rest in monthly instalments.
