About the Modern house
The modern house is our classic: a clean gable house in timber-frame construction with a large glazed gable end that brings daylight deep into the living area.
It comes in four sizes — from the compact 60 m² house for one or two people to the 150 m² family home with a gallery level under the roof. Size, layout and facade colour are up to you.
Every modern house is CE-certified and delivered turnkey. Transport and assembly are free of charge, and you can pay 40 % up front and the rest in monthly instalments.
