Five houses, each in four sizes: the modern gable house (60–150 m²), the single-storey modern bungalow (60–120 m²), the single-storey Nordic house with a covered porch (40–100 m²), the A-frame (45–150 m²) and the two-storey villa (200–350 m², larger on request). You choose the size, the facade colour and extras in the online configurator.

Prices start at €38,000. Each house has a fixed price per m² of living area: modern house €950, modern bungalow €950, Nordic house €950, A-frame €900, villa €1,600. All prices are turnkey prices excluding VAT, with transport and assembly free of charge.

Ready to move in. Every house includes layout planning, timber-frame walls of approx. 275 mm with stone wool, windows and exterior doors, the finished interior (floors, walls, bathrooms, electrics, plumbing), CE certificate and documentation, plus free transport and assembly. Not included: VAT, foundations and connections — these depend on your plot and are quoted individually.

Yes. Every house can be adapted to your plot and your needs — and you can also upload your own plans: we check them and prepare an offer.

Yes, our houses have a CE certificate. You receive it together with the technical documentation of your house.

We give a 20-year warranty on the timber structure of your house. The exact warranty terms are set out in your contract.

Yes. You pay 40 % of the price when you sign the contract; the remaining 60 % is paid in 24 to 120 monthly instalments — you choose the term. The instalment calculator on our website shows an indicative example; the exact terms are set out in your individual offer.

When you sign the contract. After that we plan your house in detail and start production.

No, all prices on this website are excluding VAT. VAT is charged according to the rules of your country.

In timber-frame construction: prefabricated wall panels of C24 structural timber, 150 mm stone wool, OSB/3 sheathing, a wind barrier and a ventilated facade. The exterior wall is approx. 275 mm thick with a calculated U-value of approx. 0.22 W/m²K.

Indicative build time is 10–12 weeks for the smallest houses (ND-40, AF-45) and up to 26–30 weeks for the largest villa (VL-350), plus transport and assembly. Each house page lists the time for every size; the binding schedule is part of your offer.

Yes. Our houses are fully insulated homes with timber-frame walls of about 275 mm and a calculated U-value of about 0.22 W/m²K.

Usually yes — like any house, according to the rules of your country and municipality. We provide the technical documentation needed for the application.

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and across the EU. The building permit and the foundation depend on local rules — we provide the technical documentation you need and help you plan the next steps.

Yes. Transport of your house to the site and its assembly are included in the turnkey price at no extra cost.
